Reservations
Before making a reservation, please review eligibilty requirements, and booking & cancellation policies.

Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made up to 52 weeks in advance. Our Reservations Office hours are Monday through Friday from 0830 to 1700 hours Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and all Federal holidays. Due to heavy call volume, you may experience an extended hold time. Our call volume is heaviest on Mondays and Tuesdays; for shorter wait times, try Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoons.

How can I check room availabilty?

While room availability can vary day to day, we have a link below which will give you up to date information regarding what dates are available at Cape Henry Inn and Beach Club.

Green Days mean rooms are available on these dates. You can proceed to make an on-line reservation.

Amber Days mean limited availability. If you try to reserve an amber day online and the booking system won't let you, don't despair, phone our reservation agents and they will do everything in their power to accomodate your request.

Red Days mean rooms at Cape Henry Inn and Beach Club are sold out on these dates.

How do I make reservations?

By phone: (757) 422-8818, please wait until you hear the option for making or modifying a reservation. Please do not press the prompts prior to their announcement, doing so will further delay your call.
