Pelican: Accommodations meet ADA requirements, include one queen size beds, wheelchair accessible shower and a kitchenette. Private balcony overlooking Chesapeake Bay; data terminal jack Maximum Occupancy is two (2); Smoking and Pets are prohibited.

Dune : Accommodations include two full size beds, full size sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchenette. Private balcony overlooking Chesapeake Bay; data terminal jack Maximum Occupancy is six (6); Smoking and Pets are prohibited.

Cottages

Chesapeake : Accommodations include two bedrooms; one of which has two (2) twin beds and one of which has one (1) full size bed, a sitting area with a full size sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchen. Shoreview: Accommodations include two bedrooms; one of which has two (2) twin beds, one of which has one (1) full size bed and a loft with a king size bed and private bath;a sitting area with a full size sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchen. Private balcony overlooking Chesapeake Bay; data terminal jack Maximum Occupancy is eight (8); Smoking and Pets are prohibited.

Bungalow

Accommodations include up to six (6) guests in a variety of bedding arrangements; a living area with a full size sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchen. Smoking and Pets are authorized

Log Cabins

One Bedroom : Accommodations include one (1) bedroom which has one (1) full size bed; loft with two (2) twin beds, a sitting area with a full size futon sofa, full bath and kitchen. Maximum Occupancy is six (6); Smoking and Pets are authorized.

Two Bedroom : Accommodations include two (2) bedrooms which have a full size bed; loft with two (2) twin beds, a sitting area with a full size futon sofa, full bath and kitchen. Maximum Occupancy is eight (8); Smoking and Pets are authorized.

Two Bedroom : Accommodations include two (2) bedrooms which have a full size bed; loft with two (2) with gas fireplace twin beds, a sitting area with a full size futon sofa, full bath and kitchen. Maximum Occupancy is eight (8); Smoking and Pets are authorized.

Guest Room Rates are subject to pay grade verification upon check-in and to change without notice. Upon check-in, a valid military ID or DoD ID, and current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) is required.

Room Rates are based on 2 Adults (18 and older)

Additional adult fee is $10.00 per adult per night.

TDY Rates: Winter $79 / Spring TBD/Summer TBD /Fall TBD

Due to the choices of units available of varying sizes and rates, when the posted rate for a specific unit or room type is higher than the TDY rate, the rate charged for that room type or unit will be the higher posted seasonal or holiday rate. The difference in price for the larger or upgraded unit type will be the responsibility of the guest, separate from TDY orders.
